Caitlyn graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Psychology in 2015. Shortly after she began working with children through a mental health nonprofit in Northwest Arkansas. Caitlyn worked in schools and clinics to support elementary aged children with a variety of disabilities. After transitioning to working directly for schools she was introduced to ABA in 2017 and started graduate school through George Mason University in Fairfax Virginia the following year. Caitlyn graduated in 2021 with a Master's Degree in Special Education accompanied by Graduate Certificates in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism. Caitlyn became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in early 2024 and moved to Grand Cayman that fall.
Caitlyn has spent the last 8 years working with children ages 2-18 with a variety of diagnoses in multiple settings including school, clinic, community, and in the home. Caitlyn is passionate about ensuring all treatments and interventions delivered are done through the lens of trauma informed care.
While primarily working with children with autism, Caitlyn is also passionate about serving children with emotional and mood disorders. She is passionate about growing the field of ABA to serve more individuals with all disorders.
Personally, Caitlyn loves to travel and read.
