With over 12 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Natasha is a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a deep personal connection to the disability community. Growing up with family ties to autism, Natasha developed a lifelong passion for helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential.
Natasha has spent over a decade providing evidence-based interventions, and has developed skills in creating individualized ABA treatment plans that foster positive behavioral changes, enhance communication skills, and promote greater independence. Her approach is rooted in empathy and a strong belief in the power of collaboration with families, educators, and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for each client.
Beyond direct client work, Natasha is deeply committed to supporting and mentoring others in the ABA field. She finds joy in providing guidance and training to help shape the next generation of ABA professionals.
Driven by personal experience and professional expertise, Natasha is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism and is dedicated to the growth and advancement of the ABA community.
