Steve completed his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ohio University. During his 3rd year he studied psychology at Lancaster University (UK). He graduated with a Masters in Psychology from the University of London (UK). He then earned a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell (2021) and became a Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA). Steve has a combined 13 years of dedicated experience in the autism and unique abilities service areas focusing on clinical and operational excellence. 

Steve has a mix of experience as a direct clinical provider and management supervisor. He has worked with individuals aged 2-22 with a main focus in early intervention and learners 2-10 years in both clinic and home based settings. He has supported in management positions, provider teams of technicians and BCBAs, always with a keen focus on quality care, self-sufficiency, and empowering families. He had the unique opportunity to help launch and expand a new early intervention home based program in Massachusetts and a clinic based ABA program in North Carolina. Steve currently sits on his HOA Board of Directors and previously sat on the Board of Directors of a foundation providing much needed grants to families of children with special needs. 

Steve considers himself a locally focused, globally minded, intellectually curious, self-starter who has been creating a positive impact on the world. Steve enjoys working for growing organizations that foster an entrepreneurial culture and grassroots spirit, that without compromise live their mission of quality ABA services. Personally, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and pug, playing tennis and is an avid homebrewer.
